Suzaku no Avatar - Nuriko

Third in my Suzaku no Avatar set.

I came up with the idea for this when I realized that there are a lot of similarities between the lead characters of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and the lead characters of Fushigi Yuugi. So, one thing led to another, and I ended up drawing the Avatar characters as their Fushigi Yuugi counterparts.

No background beyond the ground plane for these pictures, since I want to combine them all together once I'm done.

Third is Toph, the strong one, as Nuriko

As you may have noticed, I've tried to stick to the Avatar colour pallet as much as possible. However with Toph, I had to switch two of the colours (the underclothes with the overclothes), because the yellow contrast looked awful on yellow fabric. I find the light yellow works best as the underclothes with this kind of outfit.
