Engel (with the red hair) and Keiri (with the blueish green hair) from my comic, Scars, sharing comfort after a hard ordeal.... Not too sure what that ordeal was, mind you.... o_O I'm sure I'll find a part in the series to use this pic in....
Anyway, older picture.... Inspired by a pose that was in the "How to Draw Manga -- Couples". Engel still doesn't look right.... I can never get him to look right!
Proportions aren't that great, either.... Please ignore Keiri's legs..... They make no sense....

the thing that hits me the most is the background with the characters. i see you are doing a dutch tilt. but, i'm sorry to say that the characters are not fitting in that background at all. i suggest doing a perspective grid if you are using a background
